Appearance: A scheming, sly looking individual, Cornelius "Claw's" own appearance can sum up his own personality. But nonetheless, as commander of Luther Von Mayhem's vast forces & closets councilor, the man, much like Theo, is privileged to wear highly fabricated clothing & material to show his position & his own authority. Wearing a dark green military uniform, a black belt, & military boots. Something about his own face & his expression can easily some up his character as well. Much of his expressions are shown with a raised eye brow & scheming looing eyes. But the one thing that makes him stand out most in appearances is a cybernetic attachment in his right hand. Granted & gifted to him by his master himself after loosing his hand.
Personality: It is rather easy & simple to explain the personality of Cornelius "Claw" just by looking at him. With an eye brow raised all the time & with such a scheming expression, "Claw" is a man who takes his position as commander and Mayhem's closest councilor very seriously. Believing he is second to no one except Mayhem, his master & King & as his closest councilor, he is granted with the powers of Prime Minister of Devoltstadt. He serves as Mayhem's right hand man when it comes to enforcing the law & his masters power & proves to always be useful in time of battle, when strategic planning is required. He always looks forward of being complimented by his master. As many could tell, he takes his position & authority very seriously. More specifically after being given his cybernetic hand. Many could say that he became more like his master after being given the attachment. Cold, scheming & sinister in a way. With no fear of showing his own true capability to others. Though he always tries to please his master as best he can.

Biography: A born resident of Devoltstadt & the Central European Empire, Cornelius was raised in a luxurious family that had close ties to the royal family. His father served in the military & young Cornelius inspired to be in the army just like his father. At his teenage years, his first trials began & went into military training. But eventually, the chaos struck the Kingdom as the crime syndicate. At first, all seemed lost for the royal family & the kingdom. But they didn't give up without a fight. Cornelius soon partook in a rebellion against the crime syndicate to take back the country & eventually took the role as commander of the forces. Repelling the very syndicate who took over the land from them. But the battles that transpired soon resulted in the loss of his right hand. Thus disabling him for a while. But everything changed when Luther Von Mayhem returned to the country to take back the empire. Upon their victory, Cornelius was granted the title as the new commander of their countries forces & along with Theo, his closets councilor & servant. But much like Theo, the chaos & events that happened before had changed the man completely. He now seems to have been swallowed by Mayhem's sense of madness & power. As he now assists his master in his plans of conquest! Recently, he has been granted permission to train himself & his forces with the combat from the JFC experience. Having access to their very own dinosaurs in which Cornelius, now referred to as "Claw" at times, is able to use & dispatch dinosaurs to fight battles & assists his master in the possible plan to take over the dinosaurs to build their own army.
