Personality: Despite the hellish ideas of his master, Albert Wesker, Neo is a wise and moral person. He is very intelligent, due to the growth of his head during pregnancy. His personality traits include generous doses of chivalry, courtesy, gallantry, care and warmth. He is honest and will express his feelings even to Albert, and if Albert fires up, he will tolerate it, for he knows his master's danger. However, disrespect and injustice annoy him. Biography: Cortex was born 13 August, 2111 in Birmingham, UK. He had suffered various health problems throughout his childhood, but has fully recovered at the age of 4. Thanks to his supreme intellect, he completed elementary school and high school with hard work and has studied chemistry for 3 colleges. He drew skeletal drawings of dinosaurs for fun, while he had perfected organic chemistry and creating live creatures from even the smallest DNA sample. When he heard of the success of Albert Wesker, he curiously met him and they started a good friendship with him. And so, they formed the Umbrella Corporation, which now has hundreds of employees. He has his own island base for studying and designing.
