PostSubject: Rick Marshall   Rick Marshall EmptyThu Feb 14, 2013 4:32 am

Name: Rick Marshall
Gender: Male
Age: 32
Zodiac: Capricorn
Height: 6' 3"
Nationality: American
Appearance: Rick Marshall has your average day scientist look when it comes to appearances. He is often seen in the same clothing he would wear out in the field. With a white under shirt & a brown vest over himself. He is often wearing shorts & boots as well. Your typical field work clothing. He has brown, fluffy hair & blue eyes. He's not the most handsome man in the whole world, but he's never cared too much.
Personality: Marshall is, quite possibly, the most comedic paleontologist around. He is extremely funny & has a good sense of humor. He can take nearly any situation & make it funny. He once was able to nearly turn a paleontological meeting with other scientists into his own sketch comedy. Though he has a funny side to him, Marshall is also a very determined individual. He knows how to stay positive & focused, even when most of his theories or ideas seem outlandish & hard to believe. Or even when he's being chased by his own dinosaurs. Being a head paleontologist, he is also a very bright & intellectual individual.
Strengths: funny, charismatic, positive, focused, determined
Weaknesses: Often too focused with his work, often too sily
Profession: Expert paleontologist, Curator of paleontology at Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, author of "The Land of the Lost- Research of Tachyon elements."
Hobbies: dinosaurs, reseach, paleontology, making jokes & sketch comedies, sports, watching films, bIke riding, hiking, going on adventures
JFC Experience: 12 years
Biography: Born in Chicago, Illinois. Rick Marshall grew up to have a passion for dinosaurs & science. He would always visit the local & famous Field Museum as much as he could sometimes to look at their dinosaur exhibits. This built upon his fascination even more & soon, he was determined to pursue his big dream. He wanted to become a scientist. A paleontologist. He even stated at one point that he wanted his very own dinosaur as a pet. As he grew up, he also began to show that he was quite the comedic at times. He began to become more funny over the years with wise cracks & jokes. He was certainly one of the main stream attention spots in high school, where he performed his own sketch comedy in the talent show. But no matter what, his true passion was with science. By the time he entered college, he began to pursue many fields of science including earth sciences, chemistry, physics, exc. It was clear that he had a natural born gift for science. But he also began to male clear that, sometimes, he could come up with the most wildest theories. One of these theories was his work with tachyon particles & his "time-warp" theory. By the time he became a full time paleontologist at long last, he publicized his theories to the scientific community. But unfortunately, his theories were often let down & he was often viewed as a pompous & crazy scientist. But that didnt stop him from trying to prove his own theories. For soon, he went on a routine expedition to prove many of his theories.
When he returned, he had finally proven solid gold of many of his theories that had long to have been considered rubbish. He became fully renowned for his work & this made his first published book- "The Land of the Lost- The Research of Tachyon elements." The years were kind to Marshall & before long, one of his life long dreams came true. For JFC had entered his life & the creation of dinosaurs immediately got his attention. For he, along with several paleontologists became involved with the creation of the dinosaurs to see the projects & creation go successful. Marshall soon decided to become involved in the events as well & thus, he was received his first dinosaur- Grumpy, the Tyrannosaurus Rex. Now at first, Grumpy did not take his master likely. The two didnt get along very well, thus was the reason why Marshall gave him the name, "Grumpy." But even so, it was Grumpy who did, indeed, prove one of Rick Marshall's theories wrong. For he theorized that the intelligence of dinosaurs was more limited then what we originally thought. But when Grumpy came along,he soon found out he was completely wrong.
To this day, the two still have some trouble getting along together. But Marshall guarantee's that soon, Grumpy will accept him. For even today, Rick Marshall continues on with his experience in JFC & is now on his twelfth year of experience. What makes him a unique trainer & different from others, is that he will actually train his dinosaurs himself! Indeed, any JFC fighter would find this suicidal but Marshall has always been the daring type to try something new. He will even train dinosaurs like Grumpy all by himself. Giving him both a better understanding of dinosaur behavior & his dinosaurs themselves.
