After the Chaos...

The forces of HYDRA had finally escaped. Along with the forbidding evil known to all now as Baron Zemo. With them, over twenty dinosaurs have been taken & stripped from the land. All to aid the cause of HYDRA. Lord knows what may ever happened to the unfortunate dinosaurs who were captured. But there was nothing that could be done now. Luckily, the stampede of dinosaurs had finally settled down before it could ever reach a populated area. Soon, as the Cartwrights & the Sheriff begin their ride back, a few other riders come along on horse back. Other officers arriving to the scene from the sheriff's department. "What in tarnation HAPPENED out here?!" one officer asked!

">sigh< Don't ask." >X/ Ben says as he was still unhappy on the situation.
"A creep with a what seemed like a ski mask over his head came in & kidnapped a few of our dinosaurs. Including a big male Acro." Hoss says.

O_o? The officers all suddenly looked on with such confused expressions. They even turned to each other at one point to see they all had the same expression before turning back to the Cartwrights. "A.....Ski mask?" one man said.
"No kidding." said another man before turning to the sheriff himself. "Did we get a name? Was he alone?"

"Name? Baron Zemo. Apparentlly, he's a part of a bad group of people called 'HYDRA' or something like that." Ben says to the officer.

The name Baron Zemo didn't sound recognizable by the other officers. But it sure did send a small shiver down their spines. However, nothing made them shiver more, or shocked more, then when they heard the very name, HYDRA! All of them looked at one another with widened eyes! "HYDRA!?" They all said with shock, as it was very clear, that they had indeed heard of them before!
"My god......Were lucky to even be alive!" one officer said!
"No kidding!" another said.
"I had a cousin down in Washington state who had his experience with them folks! NASTY people! Nothing but trouble! There like Nazis........But WORSE!!"

"Worse, huh?" Adam says as he looks at Ben, Hoss & Little Joe.
"Hm, well we'd better hope he doesn't pull a stunt like that again. I can't afford loosing anymore of my dinosaurs on my land." Ben says.

"Oho yeah! MUCH worse! I hear they've been around since he end of World war II! & their leader! My god, I hear the leader is something like no ones ever seen before! Makes folks like Hitler look PUNY!" the officer soon said, before they heard Ben! "What?! They stole dinosaurs!?" "So that's why they were here! That's what there was a stampede!"

"Yes he did. Stole about twenty of them. Including a large, male Acrocanthosaur." Ben says.

"Jeeeeesus, your not joking!" one officer said.
"Well we were lucky enough to break that stampede apart before they reached town. Otherwise we'd be in for a whole entire mess!" another officer said.

"Yeah, I have to agree with you." the sherrif says.
Ben nods in agreement & sighs, wondering what to do now, "Well, we'd better head back to the Ponderosa & go back home." he says.

"Right." the officers all said together before they to began to drive their horses back off to where they came from. They road beside the Cartwrights & the Sheriff as they all rode back home. "Still cant believe dinosaurs were taken! How did it all happen so quickly?"

">sigh< Even I couldn't answer that." Adam says as the Cartwrights with the sherrif & the other officers rode in the Westeren wilderness & heads on down to where they're house is located at.

"Strange...." the same rider soon said as they continued to ride on into the wilderness.
"We have to call in for enforcements! This is a serious matter." another soon said before another rider interrupted him.
"You'd be waistin' your time, partner. Aint nothin' a couple of officer's like us can do about them. There untouchable. This is something for the boys in Washington to deal with. Its WAY out of out league."

"Yes, it's best to leave that to the big leagues in DC." the sherrif says, nodding in agreement.

The other riders nod in agreement as they continue to ride on along side them.

As the riders ride on back to the territory of the Cartwrights, their house comes to veiw. A nice, old western styled log house. Wich had a barn that held both their livestock like cows & horses & their dinosaurs, wich are 4 ceratopsians & 4 hadrosaurs.
"Ahhh, home sweet home. Huh, pa?" Hoss asks. =)
">sigh< Yeah. At least they didn't come here." Ben says, nodding in agreement.

The other riders soon arrived with the Cartwrights & the sheriff, looking on ahead to see their house just before them. "Nice little home you folks got here." one of them said. "Yeah good patch of land." another said.

"Thanks. Been my home for almost 30 years." Ben says with a smile as he had lived here with his boys for a long time. Ever since the birth of his youngest son, Little Joe. <=)

"Is that right. Wow." the rider soon said back. As the officers soon began their approach to the log cabin. The dismounted their horses & thus began to walk towards the Cartwrights home.

The Cartwrights dismount their horses as well as they put them up & prepare to enter their humbled home.

The other riders followed close behind & went to enter the house as well.

The Cartwrights were soon inside, as it was a nice looking living room with a chair, couch, coffee table & a fire place.

"Ehhhh, mighty fine place." one rider soon said. While the others soon made themselves comfy on the seats. One rider even looked outside to see that they did, indeed, have some dinosaurs! O.O "Holly smokes, you got some of them big lizards, to?"

o.O "Lizards?" Ben says in confusion, "Ahh, you mean the dinosaurs. Yes, we have some. 2 a peice." he says again.

"Pretty nice, there." the same officer soon said. "What do ya have them for? Hmhm, they'd make good lawn mowers but ya got no grass around here." another soon said with a chuckle.
